What is a regional area?
40km plus, outside of the areas as listed above, will be charged as Regional Areas.(Smaller cities and towns, slightly longer transit times, slightly higher charges, many of these areas will be delivered through our vehicles and our own regional delivery partners)
What cannot be sent?
Firearms, money, passports and dangerous and hazardous goods.
Are my goods automatically insured?
No, please contact a customer services agent about our insurance options.
For international shipments, even one a year, do I need a license?
Yes
How do I register as an importer/exporter?
From the first export or import, your company is required to register with SARS. Application forms are found at: http://www.sars.gov.za
Ensure your Export/Import Code is on your waybill for all international shipments.
What is volumetric mass vs actual mass?
We will charge for shipments, based on the greater of either the volume or the mass of each.
How will I know if I have packaged my goods correctly?
International Air Traffic laws say that a package must be able to be dropped repeatedly from shoulder height without damage being caused, then it is good enough to be couriered.

What is the fuel/transport surcharge?
This is charged based on the ruling fuel price at the current time.
